Plenæ was created to disseminate healthier life practices and habits and promote a better and longer life for all people.
The project began several years ago when Abilio Diniz began to delve into the subject.
The idea evolved to the point where, in April 2017, at the celebration of his 80th birthday, a big meeting between friends and family members was held in Sintra, Portugal, to discuss and learn about the topic.
The three-day event counted on the participation of speakers, specialists and researchers from all over the world, many of them pioneers, in different areas of knowledge.
Due to the wealth of topics and discussions held, the Diniz family felt the need to share the lessons learned and maintain them continuously under debate and available to the entire community.
As such, we launched Plenӕ to be a source of information and experiences that offer all of us the possibility of incorporating aspects and perspectives that can lead us to a long and meaningful life.
It’s important to point out that Plenæ is not a simple platform of news and suggestions about “health and well-being”, like many others in Brazil. Different from everything you already know, it goes well beyond the everyday proposals of the segment. Plenæ is a Meta-Plataform. That is, it’s composed of multiple research conducted through the most important and reliable platforms in the world ̶ from global news portals to academic publication sites, congresses and scientific debates ̶ by an international and multidisciplinary group of researchers, journalists and collaborators, which also produces original and exclusive content for the Platform
Through this unique approach and production, we seek multiple interfaces, applications and services to present you the best there is to build a vision and awareness that allows us to live a long and meaningful life.
With its complete and transveral curatorship of all human life dimensions, Plenæ presents itself through various interfaces, both online and offline. With this, we don’t see other platforms and media as “competitors”, but rather as new sources of information, inspiration and partnership, through which, together and in a dynamic and constant manner, we will learn to live longer and better.

In order to achieve our objectives, we adopted an integral approach that explores in a multidisciplinary and integrated manner how six areas of knowledge – comprising the latest and most revolutionary aspects in science and most efficient experiential practices – jointly contribute to the construction of a vision and awareness that makes possible for each one of us to live a long and meaningful life.
In order to broaden perspectives and promote a complete evolution process in each person, we defined below six areas of knowledge (or Pillars, as we like to call them).
It’s the meaning we give for being in this life. It provides sense and direction to our existence. Our Purpose in Life is the reason why we are here. It intersects all Pillars and connects them, giving sense to our acts and choices. It’s what allows us to live with integrity, with the feeling that we’re being the best we can be.
