Promote contexts and experiences so that people can opt for healthier habits through awareness and incorporation of attitudes and practices necessary for a long and meaningful life.

Value Proposition


We are living a singular moment in the history of humanity. Life expectancy has never been higher on the plant. Longevity has become an important element in most people’s choices. This possibility is new and brings with it a more long-lasting and wider path to express our subjective dimension. In the past, the main concern was with immediate survival. Early finitude was already expected. Many times, even in infancy.

Based on these certainties, the new issue now is “to age well”. And together with it comes two key questions:

We, at Plenæ, are making our own contributions to help the greatest number of people choose to live a long and healthy life. We wish to cooperate with the global wisdom on healthy aging and report, through our platform, important information, projects, individuals and organizations that are making a difference in our understanding of longevity. In order to achieve our objectives, we adopted an integral approach that explores in a multidisciplinary and integrated manner how six areas of knowledge – comprising the latest and most revolutionary aspects in science and the most efficient experiential practices – jointly contribute to the construction of a vision and awareness that makes possible for each one of us to live a long and meaningful life.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PILLARS

In order to achieve our objectives, we adopted an integral approach that explores in a multidisciplinary and integrated manner how six areas of knowledge – comprising the latest and most revolutionary aspects in science and most efficient experiential practices – jointly contribute to the construction of a vision and awareness that makes possible for each one of us to live a long and meaningful life.

In order to broaden perspectives and promote a complete evolution process in each person, we defined below six areas of knowledge (or Pillars, as we like to call them):

Body, Mind, relationships, Spirit, Context e Purpose

In order to achieve our objectives, we adopted an integral approach that explores in a multidisciplinary and integrated manner how six areas of knowledge – comprising the latest and most revolutionary aspects in science and most efficient experiential practices – jointly contribute to the construction of a vision and awareness that makes possible for each one of us to live a long and meaningful life.

Purpose

It’s the meaning we give for being in this life. It provides sense and direction to our existence. Our Purpose in Life is the reason why we are here. It intersects all Pillars and connects them, giving sense to our acts and choices. It’s what allows us to live with integrity, with the feeling that we’re being the best we can be.

Body

If life is a road, the body is the means of transportation, the vehicle that allows us to travel along it. The good functioning of our body, a highly complex and sophisticated machine, yet fragile and ephemeral, is essential for the trajectory to be long and fruitful. And this depends, above all, on our choices.

Corpo

Mind

It’s the software, the program that controls our brain. And, different from other softwares, it can change the hardware itself. Understanding how the mind functions is essential for healthy longevity. Cerebral plasticity is scientific proof that no one is destined to be just one way their entire life.

Mente

Refers to others, from the most intimate relations to friends and family, to the universal love by all living beings. As a social being, without the other we live less and with less quality. The relationships we create are vital factors and of huge repercussion to our longevity.

Spirit

Spirit refers to the field of faith. Science can’t explain it, but people experience and feel spirituality. It’s a mystery that gives us peace and longevity. The spiritual perspective on life is the most unknown of all because it’s experienced by each person in their own individuality.

Context

The contexts in which we live, be it environmental aspects (access to nature, pure air and clean water), economic aspects (family income and access to good quality healthcare and food) and educational aspects (length and amplitude of formal and informal education), directly contribute to our longevity. Context is the environment in which we are inserted.
